We are looking for an experienced Comfort Advisor with a strong HVAC background to join our team. This role focuses on in-home replacement consultations, providing customers with system options, pricing, and recommendations. This is a straight-commission position with high earning potential for someone who understands HVAC systems and can communicate clearly with homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations for HVAC system replacements
Evaluate existing systems and perform basic sizing/comfort assessments
Present equipment options, pricing, and financing
Generate accurate proposals and follow up with customers
Work with service technicians and installers to ensure a smooth job handoff
Manage leads, quotes, and sold jobs through company tools and processes
Requirements:
HVAC experience required (service, install, or sales)
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
Ability to perform basic load calculations and system evaluations
Good communication and customer-service skills
Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work evenings/Saturdays as needed for appointments
Compensation:
Straight-commission pay
High earning potential based on performance
Pre-set leads provided
Pay: $95,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
