Job Title: Production Technician
Work Days: Monday- Thursday
Work Hours: 40-hour work week; Hours are generally 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with extended weekday hours as needed and occasional weekends.
Job Description: The Production Employee is responsible for executing tasks in the production process to ensure products meet quality standards and production schedules are adhered to efficiently. This role involves operating machinery, performing assembly tasks, maintaining equipment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Production employee will follow safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment.

Operating Machinery and Tools: Handle and operate various types of machinery and
equipment to manufacture products according to specified standards.
Quality Control: Ensuring that the products meet quality standards by inspecting and testing them at different stages of production.
Assembling Products: Putting together parts and components to create finished products, often following detailed blueprints or instructions.
Maintaining Equipment: Performing routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working order and reporting any malfunctions or issues.
Adhering to Safety Protocols: Following safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Packaging and Labeling: Properly packaging and labeling finished products for shipment or storage.
Inventory Management: Keeping track of materials and supplies, and ensuring that there is enough stock to meet production needs.
