What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Supervisor position at American Cleaning?
Every great building has one person who makes sure it all comes together. When the lights come on in the morning, the client never thinks about the cleaning because you already did.

You'll train new team members, check the work, and fix problems before the client ever sees them. It's the next step for someone who's already great at cleaning and ready to lead people.
