The Purchasing Inventory Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory levels are sufficient to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock. Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely availability of materials.
Purchasing:
- Identify suppliers and obtain quotes for materials and components.

- Work closely with accounts payable to process invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
Supplier Relationship Management:

Documentation and Reporting:

Requirements
- A skilled team player.
- Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with suppliers.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled trades background (HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical) preferred.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
