We're looking for a results-oriented, self-motivated sales professional with in-depth knowledge of windows and building materials. If you're passionate about customer relationships, confident in technical sales, and ready to take ownership of your success—this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Client Growth: Cultivate and expand a book of business through targeted prospecting, strategic networking, and ongoing account nurturing.
- Product Expertise & Field Work: Conduct site visits, perform field measurements, present solutions, and close sales with confidence and accuracy.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high-touch communication and service throughout the sales and installation process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and engage potential clients through research and outbound efforts
- Follow up on internal leads and foster long-term client relationships
- Create accurate estimates and proposals tailored to client needs
- Generate and input sales orders
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and timeliness
- Proactively resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven outside sales experience in windows, millwork, or specialty building materials
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of building material applications
- Ability to read blueprints and produce material takeoffs
- Proficient in math, measurements, and quoting solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and exceed expectations
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
