We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR professional to join our Talent Acquisition & Development team. This role supports key employment activities, including pre-employment processing, onboarding, and internal placement. The Placement Coordinator will assist with interviews, maintain accurate records, and help drive process improvements to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations from an accredited four-year college or university. Candidates with other bachelor's degrees may be considered if they have recent, relevant Human Resources experience.
- OR at least five years of recent experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling.
- High attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (e.g., Word, Excel), including experience writing queries or macros.
- Experience working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) such as Kronos, Workday, or similar.
