You will make an impact by:
- Providing high-level customer service to prospective students and students regarding the financial aid process.
- Assisting with gathering information on potential students to ensure a trouble-free student financial aid and processing system; conducts Financial Aid overview appointments (1st appointments), and performs routine clerical, office and data entry tasks.
- Adhering to Associate Expectation Agreement, established department policies and procedures, and provides excellent customer service standards in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization.
- At least one year of experience in customer service required.
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office.
- High School diploma required.
