Position Overview
American Car Wash Solutions is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Parts Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist to support our daily operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling customer orders, supporting walk-in customers, and helping keep warehouse and front-counter operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on operational role ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with inventory, helping customers, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. Experience in the car wash industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
● Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and accuracy
● Ability to learn our fulfillment process orders via Kiosk/Computer.
● Ability to learn our internal system for fulfillments.
● Ability to pull, package, and ship customer orders via FedEx/UPS pickup.
● Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities against packing slips.
● Organize shipments and scan product labels for accurate inventory counts.
● Assist customers with identifying parts and gathering information for basics.
● Coordinate with sales and service depts to support smooth day-to-day operations.
● Maintain accurate inventory, assisting in team planned inventory counts.
● Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/front-counter environment.
● Assist with shipping, receiving, freight preparation, and vendor deliveries as needed.
● Support operational efficiency by helping improve organization and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications
● Bilingual English & Spanish preferred or required.
● Strong customer service and communication skills.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
● Experience using POS, inventory, or retail software systems.
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
● Basic mechanical understanding or willingness to learn equipment and parts.
● Warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or parts-counter experience is a plus.
● Car wash, automotive, industrial supply, or equipment experience is a plus.
● Ability to lift and move inventory 50 lbs from shelf to shelf.
● Positive attitude, dependability, and team-oriented mindset.
