Our company is seeking a qualified Dispensary Supervisor who is adept at managing people, and multiple retail Cannabis stores. The Dispensary Supervisor will be responsible for managing the dispensaries staff and scheduling as well as keeping track of inventory and orders. The right individual for this position will be highly organized, detail oriented and able to work well with other managers in a cooperative, supportive environment as well as being proficient with team building and motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a team of employees.
- Solve customer service problems.
- Manage employee performance effectively and fairly.
- Ensure that business operations adhere to standards and processes.
- Adhere to and oversee adherence to organization policies and procedures.
- Keep up to date on all business matters via reading, customer interactions, memorizing, and spell-checking documents.
- Suggest improvements to the business in the areas of customer service, efficiency, product quality, or safety.
