Leads a team responsible for a market-based fundraising portfolio with accountability for $3M annual revenue. Drives revenue growth through strategic relationship management, corporate engagement, volunteer leadership development, and execution of fundraising events and activities. Serves as a visible market leader, building and sustaining high-impact external relationships while leading a team to advance donor engagement, pipeline development, and organizational priorities across the market.

- Leads and develops a team of fundraising professionals, ensuringstrong performance, accountability, collaboration, and talent development.20%
- Builds and sustains strategic relationships with major donors, corporate partners, volunteer leaders, and community stakeholders to drive revenue growth and long-term engagement.25%
- Drives market fundraising strategy and execution across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and achievement of revenue goals.20%
- Leadsvolunteer leadership engagement efforts, including recruitment, stewardship, succession planning, and activation of key community influencers.15%
- Collaborates across functions and markets to align strategies, maximize donor pipeline opportunities, and support broader organizational success.10%
- Monitors portfolio performance, financial results, and key metrics, adjusting strategies tooptimizegrowth and return on investment.10%
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of experience: Five years related multi-million dollar fundraising responsibilities, people management experience preferred.
- Proven success leading fundraising teams while personally driving external relationship development and revenue growth.
- Advanced relationship management skills with major donors, corporate partners, and volunteer leaders.
- Demonstrated ability torepresentan organization effectively within the community and build strategic partnerships.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
- Experience developing and executing market-based fundraising strategies.
- Ability toinfluence acrossteams, stakeholders, and community networks.
- Strong financial and performance management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on external engagement.
