Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in Omaha, NE. The Technician will be responsible for performing residential and commercial installations, maintenance, and repair services for video, high-speed internet, and telephone systems. Additionally, the Technician will conduct audits, handle disconnects, and perform retention and collection services as needed. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and excellent customer service for a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in installations, maintenance, and repair of video, high-speed internet, and telephone services
- Familiarity with commercial installations, construction, and multiple dwelling units (MDU) services
- Skills in handling retention, collections, disconnects, and audits
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Omaha, NE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience in the cable or telecommunications industry is a plus
