This position begins as a 90-day trial period, with the opportunity to move into a permanent, full-time role based on performance and fit. The role is focused primarily on counting and bagging small parts using a digital weigh-station scale. Position Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours per week
• Pay Range: $16–$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Employment Type: 90-day trial period, transitioning to full-time, permanent upon successful completion
• Location: On-site at our warehouse in Plano, Texas (non-air-conditioned)

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, station-based role centered on accurate counting of small parts by weight. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Weigh-Station Counting: Use a digital counting scale to accurately count out the correct quantities of small parts and supplies (pin backs, Mylar, shells, magnets, and other button-making components).
• Bagging & Labeling: Bag counted parts into pre-determined quantities, seal, and label bags clearly and consistently for inventory and order fulfillment.
• Quality Verification: Double-check counts and weights to ensure accuracy before bags move to inventory or shipping. Flag discrepancies, damaged parts, or irregularities to the warehouse lead.
• Workstation Upkeep: Keep the weigh station clean, organized, and stocked with bags, labels, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Inventory Support: Restock parts at the counting station as needed and assist with cycle counts when requested.
• General Warehouse Support: Occasional light assistance with other warehouse tasks as business needs require.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail: Count accuracy is the single most important part of this role. We're looking for someone who takes pride in getting it right every time.
• Basic math skills: Comfortable with basic math calculations needed to verify counts on a digital scale.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Physical requirements: Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs in a non-air-conditioned warehouse. The majority of this role is performed while standing or seated at a counting station, with occasional bending, reaching, and light lifting.
• Reliability and steady work ethic: Dependable attendance and consistent pace are essential.
• Team player attitude: Friendly, cooperative, and willing to support the broader warehouse team when asked.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
