Overview:
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator assists the oversight Project Manager with weekly meeting coordination as well as job duties listed below.
Job Duties:
Coordinate all aspects of project coordination.
Collaborate with internal team members to collect project artifacts including estimations, project plans, communication all relevant project milestones and obstacles.
Ensure all project artifacts are collected and documented in MS Teams and/or Sharepoint.
Provides management reports to project manager on the various states that each project might be in the pipeline.
Works closely with Release team to ensure Release process, policies and procedures communication are followed and projects planned accordingly to be on the release calendar.
Assist the Project Manager in documenting meeting minutes and distributing them to appropriate team members.
Update the Release Dashboard with pertinent project information in coordination with the oversight Project Manager on a regular basis.
Assist the Release Manager with Post-implementation data analysis.
Build a strong working relationship with Clemson's Medicaid IT Services (MITS) team and with DHHS' projects staff.
Assist the Incident Manager with coordinating internal meetings for all Major Incidents. Follow-up on all open incident metrics and work with the necessary team members to resolve and document the root cause and permanent fixes.
Assist the Incident Manager in creating Change Requests for incidents that have a permanent fix.
