Position Overview: Entry-Level Regional Truck Driver (Class A CDL) We are currently expanding our Regional Eastern Fleet and are seeking recent CDL school graduates with little to no professional driving experience. This position offers a seamless transition from the classroom to the highway, providing extensive paid training, state-of-the-art equipment, and highly competitive compensation.
Compensation & Schedule:
Target Salary: $88,000 annually ($1,600 - $1,800 weekly average).
Training Pay: $850 per week (4-6 weeks of 1-on-1 mentorship).
Home Time: Weekly or bi-weekly home time available.
Mileage: Weekly average of 2,500 miles (East of I-35).
Equipment & Freight:
Assigned, fully loaded 2026 Freightliner Cascadia.
Dry van freight, 100% no-touch, predominantly drop and hook operations.
