Asphalt Rakeman

We are seeking a hardworking Asphalt Rakeman to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate will have experience working with asphalt, using rakes and lutes to spread and smooth material, and assisting with all aspects of paving operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Rake, spread, and level asphalt materials by hand
• Assist screed and paver operators in maintaining proper depth and finish
• Work as part of the paving crew to complete jobs efficiently
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean jobsite
  
  

Requirements

• Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically able to lift, bend, and work on your feet all day
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Reliable and safety-focused
