American Bolt Corporation in New Berlin, WI is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This Warehouse Supervisor position offers a total compensation package of a competitive starting wage of $27-29/hour, profit sharing bonus potential, and a complete benefit package and paid time off plan. WORK SCHEDULE
This is full-time hourly position, working Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (flexibility to operating hours 6am - 7:30pm is needed)
AS A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL
- Work in tandem with another working Warehouse Supervisor - people and operations/warehouse management will be divided between two relatively equal roles. Split the people management of approximately 33-35 people (oversee 17-19 employees).
- Lead & Coach Employees: develop warehouse employees and create a high-performing team culture.
- Problem-Solve: anticipate bottlenecks in operations, allocate resources, and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Collaborate: work cross-functionally with all other departments – Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Human Resources, and others in Operations – to meet company objectives and improve workflows.
- Be Adaptable: stay calm and effective during peak demand and shifting priorities.
- Be Committed to Growth: encourage learning, skill-building, and career development for American Bolt employees.
- Know & Learn Technology: be proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams and Outlook, amongst others.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred), 2-4 years' warehouse experience, and at least 1 year in a leadership or lead role; or equivalent combination of required education, training, and experience.
