Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and uphold hazard prevention standards.

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and industrial systems.

• Identify and mitigate maintenance risks on equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.

• Clean, adjust, and repair systems while performing warranty services.

• Test and troubleshoot installations post-completion.

• Be available for overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License or willingness to pursue

• Journeyman's License or willingness to pursue.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and work in all seasons.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn advanced boiler/burner technology and troubleshooting.

• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, and background check for some projects.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
