Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Graphics Specialist to play a hands on role in bringing our bikes to life. You'll be responsible for applying decals and graphics to bicycle frames with precision and care, ensuring every bike that leaves our facility looks exactly as it should. This is a detail-oriented production role where consistency and craftsmanship matter, with room to bring your own artistic input. We're looking for someone who's done similar work in the past with success, takes pride in their work, pays close attention to the small stuff, and shows up ready to contribute every day.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Must have relevant graphics experience (sign shop or label making facility, producing vinyl sticker crafts with cutting machines, automotive or window film experience, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow written and visual work instructions consistently
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Applicable Software Experience (vinylmaster, Cricut, Sign Master, etc.)
- As a compliment to the vinyl cutting experience, ink printshop or plotter experience may be beneficial as well
