We’re seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Analyst to join our warehouse and logistics team. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with data tracking and process optimization. You’ll ensure accurate inventory, improve efficiency through data analysis, and collaborate with Planning, QA/QC, and Supply Chain teams to support production and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Data Management
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Track inbound/outbound flow, reconcile discrepancies, and generate weekly KPI reports (accuracy, turnover, shrinkage).
- Support continuous improvement projects—cycle count automation, SKU traceability, and cost-saving analysis.
2. Warehouse Operations (Per SOP)
- Verify incoming shipments (carrier, driver, quantity, condition).
- Record and archive receiving data, including BOL signatures and inspection photos.
- Conduct put-away by location or production staging per schedule, maintain labeling
3. Outbound Fulfillment
- Prepare outbound orders: pick, verify lot and quantity, print Packing List & BOL, supervise loading.
- Document shipping accuracy, capture photo evidence, and report daily dispatch summary.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Finance teams for batch verification, release control, and reporting.
- Support ERP/WMS data entry, and assist in implementing digital tracking or dashboard tools.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Follow GMP/FDA and OSHA warehouse standards.
- Maintain proper document control (photo naming, record archive).
- Support month-end inventory reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (data cleaning, formula, pivot, charts).
- Analytical mindset; detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic English communication; bilingual (EN/CN) a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse, operations, or logistics preferred.
- Understanding of GMP/FDA environment or manufacturing process is a plus.
