Position Overview:
As a Payroll Specialist at American Benefits Company, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of payroll procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in software such as Prism, Excel, and other Office365 applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for clients accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to address any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and payroll transactions.
- Utilize Prism, Excel, and other Office365 software for payroll processing and reporting.
- Assist in the development and improvement of payroll processes.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing preferred.
- Basic understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in Prism, Excel, and other Office 365 applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $18-20 an hour based on experience
