American Beauty is a neighborhood steakhouse in Venice with a menu that features beef, seafood, and seasonal market vegetables. Our horseshoe serves a range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails, beers, and a wine list with over 200 selections.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of restaurant management experience in a Chef driven contemporary, and full-service environment
• Wine Knowledge is a Plus!!!!
• Commitment to creating a welcoming, memorable, and unique guest experience
• Positive and forward-thinking attitude with an knack for problem solving, team building and turning challenges into success stories
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Love of training, coaching and developing team members
• An active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
• Open and flexible schedule
