Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee daily on-site business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. The Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing resources, and implementing processes that improve productivity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled in leadership and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Supervise and support team members across departments

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

• Track performance metrics and prepare management reports

• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations

• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to analyze processes and improve efficiency

• Proficiency with office and management software

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred
