We are currently seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes of the company. You will help gather and analyze financial data, prepare financial models, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. - Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting activities.
- Prepare and update financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Support budgeting and forecasting through data collection and model updates.
- Perform research and basic analysis to support decision-making.
- Reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Build and maintain Excel and BI models and assist in driving automation initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations for leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of financial principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting (internships included).
