The Opportunity
American Bath Group is seeking a Senior Director of ERP Systems to lead enterprise-wide ERP consolidation, stabilization, and execution. This role exists to bring structure to a fragmented ERP landscape and enable operational and financial performance through system alignment.
The environment includes multiple ERP platforms, legacy implementations, and ongoing transformation initiatives. Success requires a leader who can both execute complex migrations and establish a scalable ERP operating model across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving ERP execution while building long-term capability.
Success in Year One
Within the first year, the Senior Director of ERP Systems will:
- Drive measurable progress on Friedman to CMS migration across prioritized facilities
- Initiate SAP ECC to S/4HANA technical conversion and execution plan
- Define and execute path for Sage stabilization or replacement
- Establish ERP operating model including team structure and support model
- Improve ERP alignment across manufacturing operations
- Implement governance and execution cadence across ERP initiatives
- Establish cybersecurity coordination at ERP and plant interface layer
- Begin standardization of BOMs, routings, and operational metrics
The Mandate
The Senior Director of ERP Systems will lead the consolidation and execution of American Bath Group’s ERP strategy. The role is responsible for stabilizing current systems, executing migration initiatives, and building a scalable ERP operating model.
This leader will:
- Drive ERP consolidation initiatives across multiple systems
