- Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading recreational and wellness activities for residents
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical engagement opportunities

- Assist with group activities, special events, outings, and holiday programming
- Prepare activity materials, supplies, and room setups as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being
- Maintain activity documentation and attendance records as assigned
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday schedule consistently
- At least one year of experience as an Activity Assistant in healthcare, senior living, or a related setting
- Experience working with Memory Care or Assisted Living residents preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
