- Office & Administrative Support
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with office organization and operational support
- Maintain supply inventory and support general office needs
- Membership & Database Support
- Perform data entry and database clean-up projects
- Assist with maintaining accurate member records
- Support membership inquiries and communications
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements
- Cross-Departmental Support
- Assist departments with administrative and operational projects
- Support event and publication fulfillment processes
- Participate in internal process improvement initiatives
- Complete special projects and assignments as needed
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (business, finance, legal studies, communications, technology, or related field preferred but not required)
- Strong comfort level with technology and digital tools
- Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) is a plus
