What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator/Scheduling Admin position at American Backflow and Consulting, LLC?
Small, fast-paced plumbing industry office needs a motivated, reliable team player with ability to multi-task while providing support to accounting and field. You will work directly with the owners and support 1-3 field technicians. Various administrative duties include, but are not limited to: answering customer phone calls, scheduling customer appointments, data entry, routing daily schedule for field technicians, and filing/record management. We are a great family owned company looking to add to our already amazing team.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required
- Data entry and record management
- Excellent customer service phone skills required
- Schedule Service appointments and manage daily calendar
- Must be able to communicate effectively and respectively with other employees, customers, and vendors
- Works well independently or as a team
- Must be highly organized, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Works well in an environment with deadlines
- IT skills a huge plus
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
