At American Back Centers, we’re looking for a compassionate, dynamic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development, Patient Advocate & Chiropractic Assistant. This is a multifaceted role ideal for someone passionate about helping others, with plenty of room for growth and advancement. The position is a full-time.
Our practice is dedicated to offering a proprietary treatment that has proven to be highly effective for patients considering back surgery. In fact, our treatment has shown to be successful for 92% of patients—a far higher success rate than traditional back surgery, which is only 10% effective and often leaves patients with limited mobility, disabilities, and chronic pain. We are committed to helping patients avoid these outcomes and regain their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: PRIMARY DUTIES IS THE BACK OFFICE, INTERACTING WITH PATIENTS AND HELPING WITH THERAPIES. THIS IS A FAST- PACED POSITION.
Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatment and assist with therapies.
Patient Management: Greet patients and assist them with their individualized treatment plans in a fast-paced environment, often communicating with multiple patients at once while maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Administrative Support: Help schedule appointments, manage the chiropractor's calendar, and answer phones.
Billing & Insurance: Help verify insurance, handle billing inquiries, and assist with coding for insurance purposes.
Patient Education: Distribute educational materials and explain office policies to patients.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is clean, welcoming, and well-organized.
Communication: Act as a liaison between patients and the chiropractor, answering any questions or concerns.
Marketing: Assist with social media posts, community outreach, and events to promote the practice.
