Duties
- Lead and manage the Corporate Services functions, including finance, human resources, procurement, and administrative services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives
- Oversee executive-level budget management, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery
- Lead negotiations with vendors, service providers, and partners to secure favorable terms and strengthen business relationships
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards
- Provide leadership in team development by mentoring senior managers, cultivating leadership skills, and promoting a high-performance culture

Pay: $80,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
