Pay: $20/hr to start, $22/hr after fully trained Hours: 5:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, some overtime on Fridays. What Does an American Augers Painter Do? Work closely with the other members of a team to shot blast and paint equipment and parts. Set up and adjust equipment using a variety of tools (i.e.-wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) Hang equipment and parts onto an overhead chain conveyor with hoist and/or manually. Conduct a finish quality check. Sand and touch-up as needed. Use com
