Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Significant administrative experience in a complex organization
- A record of teaching and scholarly achievement appropriate for a tenured Associate or Professor rank
- Contributions to nursing higher education
- Knowledge of current healthcare and higher education issues
- A forward-looking vision for nursing education
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Eligibility for RN licensure in Indiana
- An earned doctorate (PhD or DNP); if not in nursing, a master’s in nursing is required
