FTTT - Assistant Professor - School of Nursing
Primary Job Duties: Participate in the development, teaching, organization, and evaluation of Adult Health, Psychiatric Mental Health, Pediatrics, Maternity, and/or Community Health Adult Health (didactic & clinical) and for graduate and undergraduate nursing students. Advise and evaluate students in clinical settings, including conducting site visits to preceptor locations. Develop and implement curricula in order to prepare students adequately for the challenges presented within all aspects of the nursing field.

Assistant Clinical Professor in Nursing – FTNTT
This is a 10-month FTNTT contractual faculty position for the undergraduate nursing program.
Area of Specialization: Adult Health
Primary Job Duties: Prepare future nurses to care for clients in the current healthcare environment. Teach undergraduate students in adult health clinical courses which may include participation in simulation and laboratory-based learning. Employ a variety of innovative teaching techniques in the clinical setting. Design clinical learning experiences. Engage in scholarship and professional development, serve on departmental committees, advise students, & participate in university activities.
Required/Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing. Eligible to practice in Maryland. Two years demonstrated competence of full-time clinical practice.
