The Clara Ward School of Nursing is seeking dynamic, Christ-loving faculty to join our BSN team. Coursework is taught online, and onsite in our state of the art simulation/lab facility.
We believe that nurses interact with people at their most basic levels during their times of greatest need, and so we consider nursing to be a calling, and those preparing for a calling must demonstrate both great competence and great compassion. Our BSN students learn how to engage and interact with a culture that consistently challenges Jesus Christ’s principles regarding birth, life and death.

- Have a vibrant, growing faith in Jesus Christ
- Have an earned graduate degree in nursing – preferably with a specialty in nursing education or a clinical area
- Have two years of teaching experience in nursing education
- Have at least three years of direct client care experience as an RN
- Be able to practice as an RN or APRN in Tennessee
