The College of Staten Island (CSI) invites applications for a full-time, in-person, tenure-track Nursing faculty position at the Assistant Professor rank, anticipated to begin Fall 2027.
Join a collaborative department offering AAS and four-year BS prelicensure programs, RN-BS, master’s programs in Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist specialties, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Advanced Clinical Care. The successful candidate will teach in undergraduate and graduate curricula, contribute to scholarship and service, and support academic and inclusive excellence.
CSI is part of the City University of New York, situated on an idyllic 204 acres campus, and serves more than 11,000 students from a wide range of backgrounds.

Salary And Title Commensurate With Education And Experience
Assistant Professor: $59,256–$98,231
Salary commensurate with education and experience.

Generally, full-time faculty at CUNY (except library faculty) have annual leave from the day after spring commencement until three days, excluding Saturday and Sunday, before August 30. Salary is distributed over 26 pay periods annually.
