Position Highlights

This opportunity offers a competitive compensation structure and immediate partnership with no buy-in necessary:

• $550,000 base salary with collection bonus

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and confidently builds new relationships by proactively engaging with prospective referral Doctors
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Eligible licensure in Ohio
• Committed to patient-centered care, innovation, and team-based collaboration
