Overview
The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Case Administrator to support the administration of arbitration and mediation cases. In this role, you will manage complex case processes, mentor junior staff, and serve as a key liaison between parties, legal representatives, and neutrals. This position requires strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills, and offers an exciting opportunity to support the mission of delivering fair and timely dispute resolution services.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.

Boston | Los Angeles: $65,700 - $69,650
Chicago | Philadelphia | Voorhees: $63,200 - $66,900
Houston | Johnston | Minneapolis: $60,450 - $64,000
Atlanta | Buffalo | Dallas | Fresno: $59,400 - $62,900
Charlotte| Miami: $56,200 - $59,500
This position is also eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives.

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
- Four to six years of relevant experience in customer service, case administration, or a legal environment.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting legal and business documents.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel functions like pivot tables and formulas).
- Familiarity with databases and web-based case management systems.
- Ability to mentor peers, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and maintain confidentiality in high-stakes environments.
- Comfortable adapting to emerging technologies, including AI-based platforms.
