Position Summary:
The HR Clerk will support the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, employee communications, and some visitor interactions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing orientation packets, and ensuring smooth integration.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance.
- Assist in tracking the safety program.
- Help prepare materials for meetings, training sessions, or presentations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Required Skill:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative or HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Work Environment:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
