American All Care Services is a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience working with the elderly. We have made a pledge to care for the elderly in the comforts of their homes, retirement homes, hospital, or other residential care facilities.
We are currently seeking a Home Care Account Executive to join our team. The Home Care Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the home care program, including care coordination, quality assurance, and staff supervision. He/she will work closely with the Administrator to ensure that all program goals are met and that clients receive the highest quality of care possible. The Home Care Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, clients, staff, and families.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of home care services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage a team of caregivers and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement care plans for clients
- Ensure that all clients receive the highest quality of care and service by maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the overall operations of the home care agency
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
- Select, train, and supervise nursing staff and caregivers
- Evaluate patient care and outcomes to ensure that standards of care are met
- Prepare reports and budgets for submission to upper management
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Negotiate contracts with insurance companies, hospitals, and other health care providers
- Maintain relationships with referral sources and develop new ones as needed
- Keep abreast of changes in the health care industry and adapt the home care agency’s services accordingly
- Attend conferences and seminars related to home care administration and management
- Serve as a liaison between the home care agency and government regulatory agencies
