- This job is a member of the Support Staff Team within the Technical Operations Planning Division
- Responsible for providing administrative support for the department.
What you'll do
- Maintain WorkBrain entries for department employees for attendance and payroll processing
- Order, and proces receipt of, office supplies and lab materials in Coupa
- Assist in coding and processing incoming vendor invoices in Coupa
- Create, track and maintain various departments files
- Arrange events and meetings
- Coordinate onsite facilities support request
- General backup support of department for non-technical tasks
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Must be able to type 35 WPM
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Working knowledge of WorkBrain
- Working knowledge of Coupa
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must have a professional working manner
- Must be a self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
