What You'll Do
- Oversee significant expense categories such as parking and reimbursement programs for Inflight operations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for base operations, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Manage the reimbursement process for leasing, including leading return-to-work meetings, explaining procedures, and guiding flight attendants through compliance steps.
- Hold flight attendants accountable for timely completion of required processes.
- Partner with Labor, Legal, and People teams on management-level issues to ensure alignment with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or financial support roles.
- Experience in airline operations or inflight administration.
- Familiarity with labor agreements and compliance processes.
- Previous experience managing expense oversight and reimbursement programs.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time
