- Responsible for AAdvantage Cash communications including digital/web, email, internal systems, and social media to ensure Flight Attendants and their leadership teams stay plugged into the AAdvantage Cash Program.
- Support roadshow scheduling and attendance, program rule adherence, program updates, customer offer changes, and Flight Attendant promotions.
- This role is a part of the Policies and Procedures team within our Inflight group.

- Serve as a key liaison between Citibank partners, and the Inflight organization to support alignment, execution and communication.
- Support strategy and execution of the AAdvantage Cash program by partnering with Inflight leadership and cross-functional teams to drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with Citi co-brand to identify and support new business initiatives that enhance program participation among Flight Attendants and Base Leadership.
- Develop, analyze and present program insights and recommendations in executive-ready format.
- Coordinate logistics and compliance for program activities, including Special Assignment pay, in partnership with internal teams and Citi.
- Support and participate in program activations and events, including but not limited to roadshows, training sessions, and ambassador initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent training/experience
- 3 years of Inflight experience or relevant experience
- Ability to travel, up to 60%
- Proven ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams
- Project management experience with ability to lead, organize and prioritize projects with internal & external stakeholders
- High level of initiative and proven experience in managing a large workload and changing priorities with limited direction and ease
- Prior experience in airline/hotel food and beverage, restaurants, catering, financial / credit card industry, purchasing, Inflight, or food retail industry a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience creating executive‑level presentations and materials.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences across all levels, including senior leadership and frontline teams.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business issues and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
- Results‑oriented, highly organized, and self‑motivated, with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
