What You'll Do
- Ensure data integrity by identifying root causes of data issues, engaging stakeholders, and recommending effective solutions for timely resolution
- Standardize data definitions, policies, and standards to strengthen enterprise data governance and improve data quality
- Establish, document, maintain, communicate, and enforce issue and change control processes aligned with external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Build and maintain data quality models that validate the accuracy, structure, and downstream usability of Employee Central data
- Partner with data owners to drive standardization and rationalization of attributes and metrics
- Support the establishment of clear data element ownership and stewardship across HR functions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor, track, and report HR data quality and governance metrics
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to evolve HR data management capabilities
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in HR data governance, HR data quality, or HRIS analysis.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data validation practices.
- Experience partnering with cross functional teams to implement data standards and governance processes.
- Background in process documentation and change control.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of reporting tools such as Alteryx, Power BI or SAP reporting modules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Project management skills, including the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Understanding of data governance principles, data quality frameworks, and master data management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Working knowledge of compliance requirements such as SOX and GDPR.
- Ability to effectively translate complex data concepts to non technical stakeholders.
