- This job is a member of the Cargo Revenue Management Team within the Customer Experience Division.
- Responsible for improving cargo revenue and profitability through pricing and capacity strategies for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region
What you'll do
- Evaluates market performance data and customer feedback to set pricing and inventory strategies
- Monitors market and segment performance and perform periodic internal reviews with leaders and stakeholders
- Identifies opportunities and execute plans to drive improvements in Cargo KPIs including revenue, profitability, service and customer satisfaction
- Collaborates across teams within Cargo and American, incorporating feedback to key RM decisions
- Develops and shares best practices for capacity, inventory and yield management practices within Cargo RM
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 1 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Prior experience in accounting, pricing, supply chain, transportation, finance, strategy, or consulting
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to display high levels of personal initiative and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for process design and controls, as well as the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise presentations, insights, and recommendations
- Knowledge of Excel and/or Access, and SQL
- Proficiency in basic data manipulation, extraction and modeling
