What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steel Erection Foreman position at American Aerial Services Inc?
- Direct and supervise the planning, lay-out, installation, assembly and erection of steel components in accordance with plans, specifications, codes and industry standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment. Report weekly payroll time. The foreman position is a working position.

Job Duties:
- Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
- Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
- Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
- Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget
- Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings
- Other duties as requested
