- Prepare and review individual and small-business federal and state tax returns using Intuit platforms
- Research complex tax issues and apply current regulations to ensure accurate filings
- Analyze financial data to identify deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities
- Respond to customer tax questions and provide clear, compliant guidance
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve Intuit's tax solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation and workpapers supporting tax positions
- Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax laws, deadlines, and quality standards
- Participate in continuous learning on evolving tax codes, regulations, and Intuit tools
- Support testing and feedback for new or enhanced tax software features
