Basic Requirements Include The Aptitude To
- Meet client expectations through execution of activities related to engagements and other client needs.
- Communicate with Director/Manager throughout all phases of engagements, including client communication, planning, and scheduling.
- Sense of urgency to complete work in a diligent and accurate manner with attention to both internal and client deadlines.
- BA or BS degree in Accounting or related field, from an accredited college/university.
- Active CPA License.
- 5-7 years of public accounting experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good judgment and professional skepticism.
- Excellent analysis and observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with co-workers, staff, and clients.
- Knowledge of accounting software packages and MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
