As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships after they join the firm.

The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships after they join the firm.
You will serve as a consistent point of contact, ensuring clients receive a high level of service, proactive communication, and coordinated advice across the team.
You will work closely with advisors, tax professionals, and investment leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.
What You'll DoClient Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned client relationships
- Build trust through consistent, proactive communication
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client's goals, priorities, and full financial picture
- Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and engaged
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings and reviews
- Follow through on all client requests and action items in a timely manner
- Monitor client accounts and ensure alignment with planning and investment direction
- Coordinate with internal team members across tax, investments, and operations
- Ensure all aspects of the client relationship are organized and up to date
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships
- Support introductions to additional family members or entities when appropriate
- High client retention and satisfaction
- Consistent, proactive communication with clients
- Organized and well-managed client relationships
- 3-10 years in wealth management, financial planning, or client relationship management
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and team-first approach
- Series 65 (or ability to obtain within 90 days) preferred
- CFP or similar designation is a plus
