This on-site, full-time role is based in Laguna Hills, CA. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s construction management services. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, creating marketing content, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent branding and successful customer outreach.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to handle client acquisition, retention, and pipeline management.
• Experience in Training and coaching to develop and support team members in sales and marketing roles.
• Ability to analyze marketing trends and develop innovative strategies to enhance outreach efforts.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and an understanding of the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively on-site with a diverse team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
