Americade Home Health Agency is looking for a driven and passionate Home Health Client Acquisition Speacialist (marketer) professional to join our growing team in Westminster, CA. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and discharge planners
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the home health market
- Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to healthcare professionals and community organizations
- Serve as a liaison between referral sources and the clinical/operations team to ensure seamless patient intake
- Track and analyze referral data, sales metrics, and territory growth to meet targets
- Represent Americade at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
- Educate referral partners on home health services, Medicare/Medicaid eligibility, and agency capabilities
Requirements:
- Prior experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare sales/business development strongly preferred
- Established relationships with referral sources such as physicians, case managers, or social workers is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Knowledge of Medicare-certified home health regulations and services
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Multiligual in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus
