Job Title: Security Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Purpose: A socially-conscious company is seeking a Mobile Security Manager to oversee security operations across three high-risk locations in Milwaukee. The role requires daily onsite visits to monitor security practices, ensure office premises remain secure, and supervise a team of 9?12 staff members. A strong professional presence, decisive leadership, and operational oversight are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel daily to each of the three assigned buildings to assess and verify security measures.
• Ensure security protocols are actively enforced and that all offices remain secured at all times.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a staff of approximately 9?12 security personnel across multiple sites.
• Maintain professional visibility and engagement with staff, clients, and stakeholders as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of access control systems, surveillance equipment, and office security systems.
• Walk staff members to and from parking lots to ensure their safety.
• Report incidents, operational issues, and safety concerns promptly, with detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with leadership to optimize staffing, schedules, and performance evaluations.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies or escalations across any of the locations.
• Additional duties may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor?s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in security operations, management, or a related supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple sites and lead teams effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable daily travel to all three Milwaukee sites is required.
• Poised and professional demeanor, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of security systems, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing security operations in high-risk or urban settings.

• Security certifications or law enforcement background preferred.
